Shipping & Returns

All sales are FINAL. Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached.

To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale/Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or dirty items
  • Items without their original tags attached
  • Tights and undergarments
  • Makeup
  • Jewelry
  • Bags

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned items. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note the tracking number from your label.

All merchandise must be returned unworn,unwashed, and with original tags attached. If you return items that  have makeup on them, or are dirty, you WILL NOT be eligible for an exchange and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items are carefully inspected before they are shipped out. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Lack of care from trying on items does not merit an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange/credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
